Trade Show Exhibitor

National Western Stock Show, January 7-22, 2017

The National Western Stock Show and Rodeo strives to maintain a product balance throughout all designated exhibit areas. We encourage exhibitors to bring in new products and/or services and welcome all vendor applications. The previous year’s exhibitors, who leave in good standing, are invited to return. The exhibitor return rate is very high. If exhibit space becomes available, we will notify the selected applicant with the specifics. Filling space from new applicants generally does not begin until mid-September of each year.  We require a new application each year for consideration in the following year’s show. Applications are now closed. Please check back in March 2017 for applications to participate in the 2018 National Western Stock Show.

Space fees for the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo range from $10.00 to $17.00 per square foot depending on location. We do not post individual space fees/locations due to the confusion this can cause. We accommodate trade show exhibitors in three different buildings during the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo. The Hall of Education, which is our central building has three levels that house vendors. The lower floor contains the Stadium Arena which is host to our Junior Livestock Judging, two nights of Team Mutton Bustin as well as the Stock Dog Trials. This area is also home to cattle, llamas, alpacas, goats, pigs, sheep and chickens at various times throughout the show. Keep in mind that the majority of the Stadium Arena spaces are located on the backside of the arena bleacher seating and therefore have low ceiling heights (7 feet and lower) as well as a receding drop in space access.

The main level is our largest trade show exhibit area. The third level hosts our petting farm, pony rides, CSU Ag Adventure, and various exhibitors primarily focused on families and education.

The Events Center is home to all horse shows including 13 ticketed events which include Super Dogs and the Wild West Show. The Events Center is closed on the first Monday of show due to our Citizen of the West dinner.

The Denver Coliseum is home to all 28 National Western Rodeo performances including three Colorado vs. the World events, two Mexican Rodeos, three PBR Rodeos, one MLK Jr. Rodeo and 19 PRCA Pro Rodeo performances. The exhibit spaces are located on the concourse surrounding the arena. Some spaces have height restrictions or possible limitations due to pillars and arena portals.
