Children 2 & under do not need a ticket as long as they sit on a lap for ticketed events.
Where is Will-Call located?
Will Call
is located at the Expo Hall South Box Office at 4655 Humboldt Street. Please
bring a Photo I.D. and your confirmation number to Will Call to claim
tickets.
How much does parking cost?
New for 2013: You will no longer pay to enter an NWSS parking lot. Parking is FREE with ticket purchase!

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?
There are no ticket refunds or ticket exchanges.
Is there disabled seating available?
The National Western Complex is completely disabled accessible, including elevators, ramps. We also have disabled accessible shuttle buses. If you are interested in attending a ticketed performance, and are in need of disabled seating, you are encouraged to call us at the National Western box office so that we may personally fulfill your needs. We are very eager to make your visit to the National Western Stock Show a pleasant and enjoyable one.

Where is the bus drop off located?
The school bus drop off is located on the east side of the Events Center on Baldwin Ct.
The charter bus drop off is on 47th Avenue in front of the Events Center. The NWSS parking lot shuttle bus drop off is in front of the Expo Hall on Humboldt Street, between 46th and 47th Avenue. For RTD pickup and drop off locations call 303-299-6000.
