Each rodeo and horse show ticket includes one free grounds admission for that day only. Questions relating to tickets may be directed to (303) 295-1660. Tickets can be purchased at the National Western Complex ticket office, beginning November 29, 2008. The ticket office is located at 4655 Humboldt St., Denver, CO.

At what age does my child need a ticket?

Children 2 & under do not need a ticket as long as they sit on a lap.

Where is Will-Call located?

Will Call is located at the Expo Hall ticket office at 4655 Humboldt Street. Please bring a Photo I.D. and your confirmation number to Will Call to claim tickets.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

There are no ticket refunds or ticket exchanges.

Is there disabled seating available?

The National Western Complex is completely disabled accessible, including elevators, ramps, and disabled accessible shuttle buses. If you are interested in attending a ticketed performance, and are in need of disabled seating, you are encouraged to call us at the National Western box office so that we might personally fulfill your needs. Where can I buy tickets?

Beginning in mid-July you may fax your request to 303-297-1849. In September you may order by phone, on this website (click here to be taken to the ticket page), or at King Soopers. Tickets will be available at the National Western Complex on November 29.

Where is the bus drop-off located?

The bus drop off is located on the east side of the events center on Baldwin Ct.
