Fed Beef Contest sponsored by Pfizer. Here is where the blowers and
clippers get left behind and the real potential of a beef animal is discovered
when the hide comes off. Carcasses of those cattle are evaluated
by an index and a panel of judges following the harvesting process. Awards
are given to those who own and exhibit the cattle as well as those who
participate in the live evaluation.
