Application Process

The National Western Stock Show is seeking high quality and unique products to add to the Stock Show's clientele. We are a predominately agricultural show, however we continue to search for unique product lines.

Please keep in mind that we receive more applications than we're physically able to accommodate. Therefore, the process is very competitive. We use our experience to select the best exhibits, concessions, products and services from the number and variety of submissions available through the application process.

Our License Agreement application is now available in an Acrobat PDF format. By using the link below, you can download and print the application. Please complete and return the form to our office, by mail, with your supporting documents, such as product pictures and brochures, along with pictures of your booth set-up.

Although there isn't a deadline for its return, we recommend submitting your paperwork at your earliest convenience. We will begin placing new vendors in late August, with a goal to be completed by November 1.

We will confirm receipt of your application. Your application will then be filed for future reference, and will be considered when an appropriate licensing opportunity is available.

License fees vary depending upon the size and location of the booth space. A 10-foot x 8-foot space, on average, costs between $800 and $1,100 for the 16-day event. This cost does not include gate admission, parking, electricity or insurance.

We would like to thank you for your interest in participating in the National Western Stock Show.
